With graphic design and marketing backgrounds husband and wife team, Bob and Amanda Corsie opened their first shop in the delightful Scottish Borders town of Peebles focusing on home accessories and gifts.
With her eye for detail and design, the popularity of the shop and the fantastic ranges available, our customer base grew rapidly. Our small premises held a few bits of art and furniture as well as the home accessories and gifts that everyone loved so much!
However due to a high demand from their regular customers, to provide more of than a few bits of art and furniture, another niche was discovered and in October 2005 our second store, breeze art and furnishing, opened.
Situated opposite their current store, the new Breeze Art and Furnishing has been greatly received by our breeze customers.
The store houses a collection of stylish furniture, that has been hand selected by Bob and Amanda. All pieces are extremely high quality at reasonable prices.
Our partnership, Washington Green gallery has also created a stir with locals and visitors to the town. Not only do we have a great selection of limited edition prints, originals and sculptures in store at any given time, but we can source thousands of pieces from some of the finest painters and most collectable artists in the contemporary art world.
Breeze has grown considerably in the past two years and will continue to do so in the future.
